At Tabor Wellness, we believe that cost should not be a barrier to receiving the support you need. We are committed to making our services as accessible as possible. If the standard fees are not affordable for you, please contact us to discuss the possibility of a reduced rate or sliding-scale fee.

Please note that any fee adjustment is considered on a case-by-case basis and is subject to availability. Reduced rates are not guaranteed.

Pro-Bono Counselling services

Pro bono counselling may be available via online Zoom sessions for individuals who are experiencing significant financial difficulties and are unable to afford counselling fees.

All requests are considered on a case-by-case basis following an initial assessment, and availability is limited. Please contact us to discuss your circumstances and whether pro bono counselling may be suitable for you.

Terms & Conditions

  • We provide face-to-face consultations as well as online consultations via secured meeting link. 
  • The duration for each standard session is 60 minutes. 
  • Couples Counselling, Family Therapy, and initial intake sessions are 90 minutes, unless otherwise stated.
  • Payment must be made in full before the session begins.
  • All payments are non-refundable once a session has been booked.
  • Sessions that extend beyond the scheduled duration may incur an additional pro-rated fee.
  • Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, regardless of the reason, will be charged in full.
